Byrock combines Altitude's wholly held EL9784 and EL9806 with four Nimrod tenements subject to an option, farm-in and joint-venture agreement. Altitude has entered Stage One but has not yet reported earning an interest in the Nimrod ground; it may earn 51% by spending a further A$1.35 million within two years and may reach 75% through a further A$3 million programme and staged share consideration. A 1,501-metre RC and diamond-tail campaign tested three concealed targets in June and July 2026.
