Gorno is a 100%-owned brownfield zinc-lead-silver project near Bergamo with more than 20 kilometres of useful historical underground development. Its current November 2021 JORC Mineral Resource and Scoping Study support a conceptual underground mine, ore sorting and flotation case; no Ore Reserve or construction decision has been declared. Altamin acquired Appian's residual interest in Vedra Metals in January 2025. Following retrospective environmental approval for the Cime exploration permit in February 2026, the company has continued a strategic sale or joint-venture process with Argent Partners while preserving the option to retain and advance the project if no transaction completes.
