Venatica is a district-scale copper exploration portfolio in southern Peru. Altair's latest quarterly states that 327 square kilometres of mining applications remain 100%-owned, while the exclusive option to acquire 80% of the separate 10-square-kilometre Irka concession was extended only until May 2026. No exercise or further extension has been disclosed, so the project record excludes an Irka ownership claim.
