Alma Gold applied for four exploration areas near Dialakoro in northeast Guinea, comprising three contiguous northern applications of approximately 215 square kilometres and a southern application of approximately 99 square kilometres. The combined application area is about 314 square kilometres. The areas remain covered by reconnaissance authorizations and the final exploration permits have not been granted.
