Allkem Limited was an Australian lithium producer and developer formerly listed on TSX and ASX under AKE. Its all-stock merger with Livent closed January 4, 2024, after which AKE was delisted and the business became part of Arcadium Lithium; Rio Tinto acquired Arcadium in March 2025. The last standalone Allkem financial figures are historical, not current Rio Tinto balances.
