Big Lake is Alligator's 100%-owned greenfields uranium exploration project in South Australia's Lake Eyre Basin. The 2024 Site 10 discovery intersected anomalous uranium in thick porous sands, and follow-up drilling resumed in June 2026 after access delays caused by wet weather.
