NiWest is Alliance's 100%-owned flagship project between Leonora and Laverton. The November 2024 DFS defined a long-life open-pit heap-leach and solvent-extraction operation producing battery-grade nickel and cobalt sulphates; 2026 work is testing vat leaching to reduce water infrastructure and capital requirements without superseding the DFS.
