PHL is a proposed merchant lithium sulphate refinery on a 43.7-hectare site at Boodarie. Its Class 4 feasibility design processes 180,000 tonnes per year of spodumene concentrate in Train 1 to produce 40,000 tonnes of lithium sulphate monohydrate, equivalent to 24,000 tonnes of downstream lithium hydroxide.
