Horn Island is a proposed restart of a historically mined open-cut gold project on eastern Horn Island in the Torres Strait. The June 2026 JORC scoping study uses a 21.1 Mt resource containing 569 koz and proposes XRT ore sorting followed by gravity and CIL treatment.
