Alchemy Resources Limited is an Australian copper, gold, iron-ore, lithium and nickel-cobalt explorer. Following completion of the Karonie and Lake Rebecca tenement sale in May 2026, its principal focus is the 80%-owned NSW Lachlan portfolio led by Yellow Mountain and Overflow. It also retains a 40% free-carried Bryah iron-ore interest managed by Newcam, mixed 10-100% Bryah gold and base-metal interests, and the Roe Hills lithium earn-in where JOGMEC may earn 51% by spending A$6 million by 31 March 2029.
