Al Ajal is an exploration-stage copper-gold project near Al Ajal and Taww, approximately 20km south of Barka. It is held through Alara's 51%-controlled Al Hadeetha Resources joint venture. Exploration-licence renewal and a mining-licence application remain in progress.
