Lamil is a 1,200 square kilometre Paterson Province exploration licence held 50:50 with Rumble Resources. AIC and Rumble signed a conditional agreement in May 2026 to sell the licence to Aventine Resources for cash, shares and a retained net smelter return royalty. No completion announcement was identified by 22 July 2026, so AICs interest remains current but subject to sale.
