Três Estradas is Aguia's 100%-owned open-pit phosphate operation in southern Brazil. Mining began in May 2026 after receipt of the operating licence, and ore is trucked to the leased Dagoberto Barcelos plant at Caçapava do Sul for production of Pampafos direct-application fertiliser. Commercial production launched on 2 June and sales exceeded A$2.3 million within six weeks.
