Its principal asset is the 85%-owned, fully permitted Ongombo copper-gold project in Namibia, now subject to conditional staged financing and mine-development arrangements with Xinhai. The company also owns the nearby Ongeama exploration project and copper exploration portfolios in Zambia and Botswana.
