Adriatic Metals was a UK-incorporated polymetallic producer whose principal asset was the Vares Silver Operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the exploration-stage Raska Project in Serbia. Dundee Precious Metals acquired the company by scheme of arrangement in September 2025, after which ADT was removed from the ASX official list.
