Project Dynamo is Aclara's wholly owned planned rare-earth separation facility on an approximately 82-acre site at the Port of Vinton in Louisiana. The April 2026 scoping study designs solvent-extraction circuits to convert Carina mixed carbonate into separated NdPr, Dy and Tb oxides, with potential later feed from Penco and third parties.
