Gold oxide project on mining licence 60926, covering 666 hectares approximately 70 km from Gediktepe. ACG has agreed to acquire 100% from Meta Nikel Kobalt Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., subject to licence transfer approval; current ACG ownership is not established. Higher-grade ore is planned for Gediktepe heap leaching and lower-grade material for stockpiling and subsequent Enriched Ore plant processing. Terms include US$7.85 million cash, a 1% gross revenue royalty and US$60 per ounce of additional gold converted to reserves outside the defined pit. ACG internally estimates an indicated mineral resource of 1.5 Mt at 0.65 g/t Au, including the defined Keşkek pit of approximately 300 kt at 0.90 g/t Au with an estimated waste-to-ore strip ratio of 1:1. Columnleach testwork indicated gold recoveries of 75–80%, increasing to approximately 85% using Gediktepe’s existing patented proprietary recovery process. Total project acquisition, phased exploration and closure expenditure is estimated at approximately US$15 million over ten years. Additional exploration potential of 5–10 Mt at 0.7–1.0 g/t Au is subject to further drilling; there is no certainty that further exploration will result in Mineral Resources.
