Abacus is a Canadian copper developer and explorer with a 20% carried interest in the feasibility-stage Ajax copper-gold project in British Columbia and the wholly owned Willow porphyry copper-molybdenum exploration property in Nevada. Ajax has a current issuer-cited feasibility study and reserve but cannot advance without renewed environmental approval; the Nev-Lorraine lease was terminated in July 2026.
