A-Cap Energy was an Australian-listed critical-minerals developer whose final standalone portfolio comprised the 100%-owned Letlhakane uranium project in Botswana and a 55% joint-venture interest in the Wilconi nickel-cobalt project in Western Australia. Lotus Resources acquired all A-Cap shares through schemes implemented on 7 November 2023, and ACB was removed from the ASX Official List on 8 November 2023.
